The Scottsdale Heat is a youth baseball program with 4 teams across the 10u, 11u, 13u, and 14u age groups. The Heat organization is led by Jorge Minyety, whose deep understanding and experience in baseball comes from his many years playing in the Dominican Republic (DR) and professional baseball. More importantly, Coach Jorge was instrumental in inspiring Ryan and Landon in starting the Home2First Foundation.

T-Rex Baseball was established in 2010 to instill a solid foundation in young athletes through early instruction in the fundamentals of the game. Lead by Head Coach Rex Gonzalez, T-Rex has successfully developed hundreds of players into well-rounded athletes. They aim to provide players with the tools necessary to reach their full potential as strong athletes, great teammates, and respectful young men.

FS21 was founded to share the expertise and philosophy of Freddy Sanchez (who had a very successful 10 year MLB career with 3 All-Star appearances and an NL batting title in 2006) with players of all age levels. Beyond being knowledgeable, Coach Freddy and the FS21 coaching staff, have a distinct ability to coach players up and improve their overall performance in preparing them to play at the high school, college, or MLB level.

The Scottsdale Dirtbags is a youth baseball program with 30 teams across the 8u- 17u ages groups. The Dirtbags organization, which is one of the largest and most successful baseball clubs in Arizona, is led by Paul Chavez. Coach Chavez and his diverse coaching staff collectively have countless years of baseball knowledge and experience from across the professional and collegiate ranks.
